Day 2: Kathmandu |
Morning after breakfast explore Kathmandu the capital city of Nepal we will visit special places like Pashupatinath at the bank of holy Baghmati River is the important Hindu temple. The Bodhnath is the biggest Buddhist Stupa and the most beautiful in the world about 500 years old. At the afternoon visit Hunmandhoka palace (Kathmandu durbar sq.)Is the residence of the living goddess called kumara, numerous interesting temples, Kasthmandap (house of wood) Overnight Kathmandu. |
Day 03:- : Kathmandu – Lukla flight & trek to Phakding |
Early morning transfer to domestic airport for flight to lukla .the flight into lukla is a lifetime experience trek for a few hours along the dudh koshi river to the village of phakding at 2610m and overnight phakding

Day 04:- Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3446 meters) |
The trail leaves Phadking behind and heads through a forest of Blue Pine and Rhododendrons to a small village called Tok Tok.Trekking Beginning with a slight climb to Jorsale we pass a waterfall and along this part of the trail villages are interspersed with magnificent forest – rhododendron, magnolia trees and giant firs. Then walk to Namche crossing a few bridges and then climb of several hundred meters, a steep descent and another steep climb through the forest. Namche was once a trading centre where grain form the south was traded with salt from Tibet. Now it's a bustling centre for the entire Khumbu region. |
Day 05:- Acclimatization in Namche (3446 meters) |
There is plenty to do and see in this bustling hub. Take the day to rest and adjust to the altitude. If you want to shop you can buy just about anything related to trekking here. You can also visit the National Park Museum. If you want to do a short trek, you can head up to the crest of the ridge above Shyangboche and visit the villages of Khumjung and Kunde

Day 05:- Namche to Phortse Thenga (3500 meters) |
There are several ways to leave Namche and head towards Mong, but basically it’s a long uphill climb of around 4 hours. Mong La at 3900m is the crest of the ridge. You can stop here and visit the small Stupa and admire the panoramic views This Stupa is a reverence to the birth place of the Lama Sanga Dorje a reincarnation of the Lama who devised Rongbuk, the highest Monastery in the world on the Tibetan approach to Everest. Sometimes on the slopes above this small village, you can see a herd of wild Himalayan Thar. From Mong La it’s a steep 1 hour descent to Phortse Tenga, a collection of huts and teahouses on the river (Dhud Koshi). As you look at the river, ponder the fact that in 1976 a mad bloke by the name of Mike Jones kayaked this river from the base of Everest, all the way to the plains. An account of this can be seen in the movie kayaking down Everest.

Day 06:- Phortse Thanga to Dole (4200 meters) |

Day 07:- Machhermo to Gokyo (4750 meters) |
Trekking Time: 4 hours Total Altitude gain/loss: +340 meters |
Day 08:- Acclimatization day in Gokyo Day 12: Gokyo (4,750m) – Free Day. |
A free day to explore the area around Gokyo or rest. For enthusiasts a rigorous day's hike up the ridge above camp provides spectacular views of the Everest trinity: Nuptse 7879 m, Lhotse 8511 m, and Everest 8848 m, as well as Makalu 8463 m looming to the east and Cho Oyu (8153 m.) to the north. |
Day 09:- Gokyo (4.750m) – Chyugima Pass (5,169m). |
The long and most difficult part of this trek. The trail crosses the southern portion of the Ngozumpa Glacier then climbs steadily to a campsite on the 5169-m Chyugima Pass. |
Day 10:- Cross Cho La (5,420m) – Trek to Dzongla (4,730m). |
A steep and challenging but, non-technical climb over rock, snow and perhaps ice with superb views links the glacial valleys of Cho Oyu and Everest. Today you will cross the 5420 meter Cho La. Camp will be at Dzongla 4730 m, a high altitude summer pasture directly beneath |
Day 11:- Trek to Lobuche (4,930m). |
After a morning of rest, hike on a trail above Tsholo Lake and join the main Everest trail near the end of the Khumbu Glacier. Camp at Lobuje 4930 m. |
Day 12:- Lobuche to Gorekshep.5184m |
The trail from Lobuche follows a route which is surrounded by mountains. The trail progresses gradually upwards alongside the Khumbu Glacier, A tributary glacier has piled another moraine across the trail which has to be crossed; along route you will see the black mound of Kalapattar with its frozen lake in front of Mount Pumori. Overnight gorkshep. |
Day 13:- Gorkshep (5,184m) - Kala Patthar (5,545m)- Lobuche (4,930m). |
2 hour steep climb directly upwards from Gorak Shep. The views form the top of Everest’s South Face very much worth the rocky scrambly climb. Hike early in the morning to Kala Patthar to see the stunning views of Mount Everest. earlier in the morning, is better. After making your descent, follow the trail for another 2 hours until you reach base camp. You will cross the rocky surface of the Khumbu Glacier on the. If you feel physically fit, optional hike to real Base Camp of Everest (5,200m) can be made. There are no views of Everest from the actual base camp, that's why the ascent of Kalapatter in the morning is highly recommended. It would be a shame to go all that way and not see the mountain!
Get back to Lobuche.overnight stay.

Day 14:- Lobuche to Dingboche. |
Today easy walk 4-5hours walk will take you to Dingboche. overnight.dingboche.. |
Day 15:- Dingboche to Thyangboche |
Easy walk along the Imja Khola, then a short climb up to the Tengboche Monastery, We continue to follow the river and, after crossing it, climb up through birch and rhododendron forest to Thyangboche and its famous monastery. There are magnificent views from here and Kwangde, Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku are just a few of the Himalayan giants which can be seen. Day 16:- Thyangboche to Namche |
The trail then descents the right edge of the Dudh Kosi valley to Namche. We continue to follow the river and, after crossing it, climb up through birch and rhododendron forest we descend to the bridge over the Dudh Kosi where there are water driven prayer wheels, before making our way back to Namche. Overnight Namche. |
Day 17:- Namche to Lukla |
Our final day's trekking follows the Dudh Kosi back down to Lukla via Jorsule along the bank of Dudh Koshi River., it may take 6 to 7 hours.overnight Lukla. |
Day 18:- Lukla to Kathmandu by flight |
30 min flight back to Kathmandu. We transfer you to the Hotel .afternoon free stay |
Day 19:- Kathmandu |
After breakfast visit Swayambhunath (monkey temple) a Stupa overlooking 80 Mt. above the city for Buddhist as well Hindu this is a very holy place. Visit Patan another historical place surrounded by many beautiful temple Patan is only separated by Baghmati river from Kathmandu second largest town in valley afternoon free stay.evening visit nepali family house farewell dinner at Nepales lockel people house.(Dal Bhat Traditional food) Overnight Kathmandu.
