Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival Katmandu transfer to hotel Overnight Kathmandu.


Day 2: Kathmandu

Morning after breakfast explore Kathmandu the capital city of Nepal we will visit special places like Pashupatinath at the bank of holy Baghmati River is the important Hindu temple. The Bodhnath is the biggest Buddhist Stupa and the most beautiful in the world about 500 years old. At the afternoon visit Hunmandhoka palace (Kathmandu durbar sq.)Is the residence of the living goddess called kumara, numerous interesting temples, Kasthmandap (house of wood) Overnight Kathmandu.


Day 03:- : Kathmandu- Khudi

Morning after break fast drive to khudi. 137 km from Kathmandu it will take 4 hour drive Beshishar from here we will drive 30km off-road trail to khudi.Overnight khudi.


Day 04:- Khudi- Jagat
From Khudi the trail offers fine views of Himalchuli and Peacknagadi chuli as it climbs to Bhulbhule 2hour walk will take you to Bahundanda,from bhaundandaThe trail drops steeply to Syange. The trail cross the Marsyandi River and follows the river to the stone village of Jagat. Overnight Jagat.

Day 05:- Jagat- Bagarchhap

From Jagat the trail climb through forest to Chanje at 1400mt.the rocky trail follows the Marsyandi River steadily uphill to Tal. the trail crosses a wide, flat valley then climbs a stone stairway the trail continue up and down to dharapani at 1860mt.which is marked by a stone entrance chorten typical of Tibetan influenced village From here north wards. Bagarchap at 2160mt has flate-roofed stone houses of typical Tibetan design. Overnight Bagarchap.


Day 06:- Bagarchap- Chame

The trail, often rough and rocky, climbs to Tyangi and than continues through forest, but near by the river, to Koper at 2590mt.Chame at 2685mt is the headquarter of the Manang district as you approach Chame and there is a small hot spring by the town. Overnight Came.


Day 07:- Chame- Pisang

The trail runs through deep forest in a steep and narrow valley, views include the first sight of the soaring Paungda rock face. The trail continues to climb to Pisang which sprawls between 3200and 3300mt, The walk is now through the drier upper part of the Manang district, cut off from the full effect of the monsoon by the Annapurna range Pisang this is also another typical of Tibetan influenced village with numbers of hotel, overnight Pisang.


Day 08:- Pisang-Manang(3475m)

The walk is now through the drier upper part of the Manang district, cut off from the full effect of the monsoon by the Annapurna range, people of this area herd yaks and raise crops for part of the year.2 hour walk will take you to Humda a only airstrip at 3325mt.the trail pass through a hidden village of Bryaga at 3475mt to near by Manang at where there are number of hotels with western facility. Overnight Manang.


Day 09:- Manang

It's a good idea to spend a day acclimatizing in Manang before pushing on to the Thorong la pass 5416mt.there are some fine day walk and magnificent views around the village. Overnight Manang.


Day 10:- Manang-ledar(4200)

Today a short walk will take you to letdar the trail climbs steadily through Tengi, leaning Marsyandi valley. The vegetation becomes steadily steadily as you reach ledar at 4200mt.overnight Ledar.


Day 11:- Ledar- Thorang Phedi.

Finely you descend to cross the river at4310mt and than climb up to 4420 Phedi, foot of the hill and where it is at foot of the 5416mt Thorang la pass. Overnight Thorang Phedi


Day 12:- Thorang Phedi-Muktinath

Today we have to start our walk early morning 4am we have to be at the pass before sun comes up to you. The trail climbs steeply but is regular used and easy to follow. The altitude and snow can be problem: when the pass is covered with snow it is often impossible to cross. It takes about 4 hour to be at the top. The effort is worthwhile as the view from the top is magnificent. From the pass you have tough 1600mt descents to Muktinath. Finally reach Muktinath the lord of Salvation, has a small Hindu and Buddhists pilgrimage. The whole area is covered by flattering of Buddhist flags. Next to the main temple lies a small monastery inside of which, there is a lit flame over a small water spring. Where a holy Hindu temple is situated. With 108 taps, Muktinath is pilgrimage center for Buddhist and Hindus you'll see Tibetan traders as well as sadus from far south India as well Nepalese pilgrimage. One can see the blue flames which never go off. Muktinath also reveals a closest view of Mt.Dhaulagiri, standing 7th highest in rank8176m high. Overnight muktinath.


Day 13:- Muktinath to Marpha

Morning after breakfast easy 4hrs walk along the dry sandy and windy trail to Jomsoom.An easy decent down to Marpha via Ekle bhatti, lunch in Jomsom. Walk the windy trail along the apple field. Marpha at 2710m is also a native village to Thakali and other Tibeto, Burman origins. Overnight Marpha.


Day 14:- Marpaha to kalopani(2560 meters)

Morning after breakfast the trail follows the course of kali gandaki river.Trekking through small villages like Tukche here we also visit some local brandy factory, Larjung, Kokhethanti. We also enter the subtropical forest region. Overnight at Kalopani.


Day 15:- Kalopani to Tatopani (2010 meters)

Walk gets easier as trail descends down through the most interesting villages, kalopani to Tatopani is a steady trek down hill; you will have to make a few short sharp climbs as the trail makes numerous crossings of the River real Himalayan scenery is revealed by water falls, flora and fauna. Busy evening plunging in the natural hot water spring. Trekkers spend hours relaxing and refreshing in the spring after a long walk. Overnight Tatopani.


Day 16:- Tatopani- Pokhara.

Morning after an hour walk small jeep will take us to Beni where our vehicle will drive to Pokhara (3hour drive) at evening you can have a 1 hour boat ride on Phewa lake Overnight Pokhara.


Day 17:- Pokhera- Kathmandu.

After breakfast sightseeing Pokhara visit David's fall Tibetan refugee camp and drive to Kathmandu 200 kms. (5hrs drive) Drive through an exotic landscape and terraced hillside on the way we will pass Trisuli River, the most popular rafting river in the country Arrive Kathmandu check in hotel. Overnight Kathmandu.


Day 18:- Kathmandu.

After breakfast visit Swayambhunath (monkey temple) a Stupa overlooking 80 Mt. above the city for Buddhist as well Hindu this is a very holy place. Visit Patan another historical place surrounded by many beautiful temple Patan is only separated by Baghmati river from Kathmandu second largest town in valley afternoon free stay. Evening visit Nepali family house farewell dinner at Nepalese lockel people house.(Dal Bhat Traditional food) Overnight Kathmandu.


Day 19:- Departure.

After breakfast transfer Airport far International Departures.
